A NOTE FROM JILL
"I started this journey and my first business, Jill Arena, by accident. It was 2020 and I was living in New York City just trying to do my best to calm my nervous system. I was doing a lot of yoga, meditation and ultimately turned to plant medicine. During a moment with plant medicine, I laid my hand on my husband and he said 'You're healing me, keep going,' and our lives have never been the same since.
Word got out to some friends about that moment with Mike and they we're brave enough to let me practice on them. Their 'sessions' were all transformative, but I got sick after one of them. It was then that I decided I needed to seek out a reiki training to better understand how to work with energy and ultimately keep myself and others safe from transference.
By mid-2021 I was a reiki master and had a ton of clients all by word of mouth seeing me weekly. I was still working a corporate job from home while running this new business that felt like it had found me.
By June 2022 I completed a 200hr yoga training, quit my job and went all in on my business. As I continued to work with clients and gain certifications, other modalities such as mediumship, reading past lives, working with animals and babies and groups, all began to come online. It was as if I was remembering a part of myself that had been lost long ago. Clients would sign up for a reiki session but would leave with a lot more information, and ultimately, a lot more healing.
Finally in 2024 I decided to stop breaking down my sessions by modality and began to work intuitively. I've always held the framework, the safety, within the many trainings I've taken as a foundation for my own intuitive gifts.
After years of teaching Reiki trainings only one-on-one, I've finally decided to share the inner workings of what allows me to be a full-time healer, medium, mentor and guide. This training is not meant to be a one-size-fits-all. It's built to reflect back to you that you already know your authentic and unique purpose in this lifetime; whether that's to support yourself, your family or future clients.
